Can someone please inform what is the next step in the process if you receive a lot number? Should I expect to receive an application soon? Also, is it possible for another member of my family who lives with me to fill out the application in their name? ( I am assuming that the winner must also be main applicant).
Okay so for Stryker I got low logs for 1 and 2 beds (5x and 6x) but the last waitlist numbers to be approved are in the hundreds - does that mean there are multiple waitlists or are they starting fresh with this one. Am I actually 5x in line or really much later?
the old list is still long but 2 bdrm list is moving much faster and is shorter-that i was told. would be great to find out what year of application they are working on now in each of the lists and let us know info if anyone here wants to find out.and also what year the old list closed.then it would be easier to figure out
I just got selected for a studio in the Henry Phipps Plaza East.
Log # 118 but I need a place for me and my child. I was told to apply for everything.
What are you thoughts? I was not selected for about 15 of them. Thats crazy!
You should apply. It could take YEARS for them to reach your log number and contact you to submit documents. At that point your situation may have changed.
Does anyone know if applications been mailed out for Stryckers yet?
I have a low log # (2X) but with Mitchell-Lama I'm guessing it would be years before something becomes available.
I was wondering the same. I've got a mid log # for Strycker's Bay 2 bdrm list but I haven't received any application in the mail as yet. If they don't come in the next week or so, I'm guessing we'll get something early in the new year after the holidays.
