No lease & landlord wont provide me with occupancy letter what can i do?

Yes i still live there im just wondering would the leasing agent accept the old lease i have and maybe a notarized letter and bills that are im my name with the address if i cant get a occupancy letter

The old lease might work honestly because some leases go month-to-month after the initial term. They might assume that the lease is now month-to-month

I was paying month to month because I never received a renewal from 10 years ago on my previous apartment and the marketing agent accepted the original lease .
