I honestly don’t think it matters my coworker was approved for an apartment with bad credit and he even had 30k in collections idk how but if your income is good these buildings only care about that

Maybe your coworker chose to provide 12 months rent receipt instead of doing a credit check.

Nope he didn’t he didn’t have proof for 12 months rent payment because he didn’t have a lease and was living with a friend and wasn’t required to pay rent

Hi, I know this is an older thread but do you happen to remember or know when he was approved? Asking because I have an application in review and while my credit is good, I have a little under $5K in collections.
