I’m not happy with my lease and don’t think this opportunity is right for me. After applying for years, I feel disappointed with the process and the outcome. As happy as I am with the building, the management company / owner of the building just doesn’t feel supportive.

Anyone else regret moving into their lottery building?

They’re all different buildings with different management so everyone’s experience will be different. What’s wrong with your place- if you don’t mind me asking?

The management team is unprofessional. The building is flawless, but there are things that were not mentioned until the last minute. There’s a lot of red flags. It’s left a bad taste in my mouth regarding lotteries

What is it that the management team is doing that disturbs your peace?

If the issue is with management, your issue would’ve been the same if you moved in as a MR tenant. Bad management is a building by building case and should not spoil lotteries as a whole.

If the building is flawless, what is it exactly that is making you unhappy? Are they not fixing issues in your apartment? Do you feel they are treating differently because you are in an affordable unity?
