What do you all think of the area? Safe enough? Doable? Not worried about the supposedly “higher crime risk”? I honestly don’t live too far from there but I’m a little bit concerned about what people keep saying about the area. I’m a woman for reference.
Love the apts that have a terrace rather than a balcony but I’m sure those will go to market rate tenants.. not a fan of the bedrooms at all. Bedrooms look like they can barely fit a full size bed and if not. A full size bed, maybe a dresser and that’s it *sighs*
Right I have a high log number. That's crazy I walked passed the building. They are moving people in. It seems like they rather bring out of town people that don't live here. Only 27 units available.
