Listen, if they had to process people one by one, the larger lotteries would take a decade. From being requested to submit documents to a final non-appealable disqualification for someone who never even responds to the agent's communication is, last I looked, more than two weeks! Having gone through it myself, I understand that this whole process is hard on applicants emotionally, but you just need to manage your expectations throughout. Live like it's not going to happen.

They usually contact in batches. Still submit them.
