Greenpoint Buildings - 65 Private Drive, 87-77 Commercial Street, 35 Commercial Street (Eagle: leasing, construction)

Does anyone have any insight into the following buildings in Greenpoint:
65 Private Drive
87-77 Commercial Street
35 Commercial Street

Construction has been nearing completion and from what I understand, lotteries post several months before the building is completely finished. (So they can jump right into leasing upon debut).

Am curious if these buildings will include affordable lottery units and/ or if they’re expected to finish construction soon.

Just curious because I missed out at Eagle + West and all of the other lotteries in Greenpoint (Two Blue, Bellslip, etc)

35 commercial st will be fully affordable. All 373 units
87-77 will include affordable units
I don’t see anything about 65 drive having affordable units, at least not yet.
They usually don’t announce it until all that’s left to finish is final touches and amenities so maybe iit will be announced towards the end of the year

Very good to know! Thanks for the response! All 3 of these buildings seems very close to being finished (at least on the outside). I guess I'll just keep checking up on housing connect in the meantime

87-77 Commercial Street will have 230 affordable units. Multiple different AMI's and Income Brackets. iAffordNY will be the marketing agency showing it

I went to check out these buildings because with my partner while in Greenpoint and they all seem basically finished. Hopefully these lotteries come soon!
