Update…my housing connect specialist reached out saying building should be done the 15th and he’s scheduling me a viewing and signing my lease the same day!!!!

Don't get discourage i was looking at another forum where they were only calling cb and a couple of months later they started calling gp. Just be patient your time is coming.
Email your specialist and ask when should you be expecting to view the apartment and lease signing that’s what I did

I spoke to building management on the 9th even tho Hpd or HDC approved me they are with a third party auditing agency that needs to approve as well so I had to send a signed document back too, this can be a good sign
