Where do you see formerly homeless? Because on Housing Housing Connect it says income starting at $18,515.
income does not apply for voucher holders / people in shelters.
This building is being constructed through the Extremely Low & Low-Income Affordability (ELLA) Program of the New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC) and the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) and the Mandatory Inclusionary Housing (MIH) Program of HPD. inclusionary housing = "A Homeless Regulatory Agreement"

4xx , i am a bit worried since this building is mainly affordable units and formerly homeless, i am trying to leave a building with that smh!
Hi. My apologies for this question, but are you currently trying to leave a building that has affordable units or trying to leave a building that houses formerly homeless people? Or both? Thank you

Both, my "luxury" building is a nightmare and has been on the news so many times! the building has some ppl from shelters/formerly homeless that are bringing the most crime/drama! this is my experience.

Wow I'm really sorry to hear that. I hope you have a better experience in your next home

thank you, it's all a learning experience. We see 'luxury' and have to read the fine print, do research on the building anyway you can! esp if your log is high and everyone keeps passing on the unit, it's always a reason.
