In the handbook it says 120 days from the date on the TIC but at their doing their own thing

Log 7***, review completed 10/13. This wait for TCO has me so anxious. The fact that you can go through this whole process, go see the unit and still be waitlisted is type depressing.

This is exactly why I'm anxious. There are many people that was approved since August and they are still calling/approving people. There is always a possibility of them not having enough units.
