This is exactly why I'm anxious. There are many people that was approved since August and they are still calling/approving people. There is always a possibility of them not having enough units.

Has this happened to anyone else? This is what I was told by the intake specialist, "Retro pay is for underpayment and the difference between what was paid and what should have been paid. Therefore, it is an income that had should originally been paid to you prior to now, an income that you would have received if it was paid to you on-time and is a part of your year-to-date income." And this was my response "given that the retro payment was a singular occurrence, and considering that my income for the next year will reflect my husband''s base rent will this still place me within the 130 Area Median Income (AMI) threshold.?" They are basing rent on projected income which I didn't know until yesterday.
Hey did anybody get any updates as far as when they were expecting to get their TCO for the building. I was told they were looking to get it back in October? I haven’t heard anything yet just requests for updated documents.

Depends on the amount 130 ami is still a good chance those are the least to go
