Guys what does “we’re still pending the issuance of TCO prior to us beginning to schedule viewings and lease signing” mean? I emailed my person last night and she told me this is today at 9am
It mean they waiting for a tco but that’s inaccurate bcuz they had a temporary one and just yesterday was issued the actual CofO
I believe this is only the kitchen area where you can maybe put a small table and on the other side would be the living room. But idk just assuming.
