So my agent called and said that the city has the certificate that they were waiting for. She said she will call me the second week of December a Tuesday to be exact to do a in person viewing of the apartment and I did ask her if I didn’t want to do a viewing and just wanted to sign a lease she said that’s possible she would have the lease ready for me to sign. That’s if nothing changes with the city! So fingers crossed!
