I lost my job back in July 20th then a week later I get asked to send the documents. I am very unlucky! I am employed now and making little bit more but still idk. my agent has never called me and only messages me. Bad luck in in me veins lol. I have An amazing credit score hopefully they can see that and ask me to sign lease

We're u asked to submit more docs ? Agents don't really reach out unless necessary so that's not a bad sign. And hpd already approved you. The only bad thing that can really happen thus far is your income not falling in an bracket

Just resubmitted all my documents. I'm hoping they don't say I no longer qualify since I made some changes and adjustments to my finances recently. Honestly, its really in God's hands at this point

The Capricorn in me is making it really hard trying to not to apply to other apartments as a back up. I 100% have my hopes on this unit I was approved for… Date keeps getting pushed back this is sad

This is very disappointing. I feel like because the holidays are coming up, they are in no rush to move people in and it's going to end up being pushed back until the new year. I would keep applying to other places to keep your options open.
I still apply to other places. My heart set on bronx point but which ever come first.
