My mom lives in phase on as well. How's it living there?
I honestly want to move because everything building one has they made sure not to repeat in phase 2 and 3 that being that I have a low log number I have a good chance plus cb preference yea I’m going to building 3. Sadly what’s crazy is once someome from this building moves out they don’t call any one from the waitlist they end up giving the apartment for market rate that a few people have moved out from phase 1 and I’ve seen a few apartments listed on certain sites asking for over 2k
I applied for this phase because it's close to my mom and sister. I don't have cb preference, but still hoping. I have a high log number tho'
Damn yea I noticed when applying to apartments it I live in that community board I get really good logs but when it’s outside my area I get logs within 50 and 60k that for phase 2 of this building I got a really high log number but management said the reason for this is cause on phase 2 they moved people who suffer from mental health that they have 24 hour security and will have 24 hour social services in building 2
That’s amazing! Hope you get an apartment! Do you know if the building is still under construction?
I always walk my dog around there and they are just waiting for the certificate to be able to move people but they are making sure all the units are good no leakage and stuff because In building one they rushed so much that tenants complained of refrigerators not working and leaks from the ceiling
Ohh that’s greats that means soon they will start notifying people. Please keep me updated when you are asked for documents and your process
