I got approved by HPD so, they are moving right along with applications.
Here’s my timeline:
8/19 - HC requested Docs
8/28 - I received an email from the marketing agent to see if I was interested.
9/7 - I went in to view two apts (the pictures don’t do the building or apartments justice, they are spacious just not many closets but, pretty nonetheless)
9/15 - add’t paperwork requested on HC
9/27 - signed tic and agent sent docs to HPD
10/05 - I was approved on HC, agent congratulated me by email and asked me to accept apt on HC
Anybody else moving along?

Hi can you share the name of the entity that contacted you Harlemworld? my log number was also 42X but I did not get a call for CB preference I moved to community board 11 this year and I never updated my address in housing connect. I feel like an idiot.
I'm log 1xx and got called, but for some reason, they have me under an NYC municipal employee, and I'm not one. I've never claimed to be one, nor has anyone had this issue with me. It's not in my profile either.
I'm trying to fight it because my log is so low, but they're not answering me. Do y'all have any guidance on who I should contact/what to do?
