Is it a rerental? Those numbers seem low for where things are at today for 130AMI and 100AMI. A couple of years ago accurate though. Not sure if they are allowed to increase for re-rentals but I think they can at least a little bit.
Never mind I believe this is for Archer Green. My only guess will be you don’t qualify for either through Affordable Housing and she offered you the market rate. Maybe there are no more units? Did you by any chance get denied by HPD?

I m going to ignore the OP’s second paragraph because I don’t know what is up there.
In the case of being both 100% AMI and 130% AMI it matters what vacancies there are one your particular log# gets the call. If all the 100% AMI allotment has been filled then you are only left with 130% AMI.
It could be the case that a particular unit is not 100% or 130% AMI until a person in that category selects it.

Correct this is Archer Green, I did not get denied and its HDC and not HPD
It's unusual for someone to tour apartments and not ask how much they are. The OP is leaving some things out.
What could I possibly be leaving out, I have no reason too, I need accurate information. She told me what AMI I would be in and told me she couldn't tell me the exact rent as of yet. Then, she told me the listing on Housing Connect currently isn't up to date and that is what I was referencing
mmmm $1,900 for 130% AMI sounds very low... haven't seen one of those in a while. Did you get contacted through Housing Connect?
She told me she got my information from housing connect and told me my log # but she never updated anything on the website we have been communicating through phone and email.
