I just emailed the housing company working on this project. It's strange how there are no updates after almost a year, yet they released a Phase 4 recently...
They emailed me back and told me to call a number but there was no answer. Will call back tomorrow earlier and update you all.

I just called and they picked up. Basically told me to keep waiting until I get an email from housing connect. They're processing both CB and GP right now. I asked about which log numbers they're on and it wasn't clear but I heard a mumble about 200s?? For reference, I'm log #7xx so there's that. Hope this helps.
Received an email late Monday night (3/25) to submit documents by 4/8.
