I just got ny log number. It’s between 10 and 20. First time I’ve ever had such a low log #. Got email to submit documents. Praying this works out.

Log number in 2xx, doesn't seem low enough for the amount of units available.

Not really per se, remember these are RS units.

While rent payments are due on first of month or whatever it's a well known secret many rent regulated tenants pay their rent whenever they GD want to during month. Yes, there might be late fees but there isn't a judge in NYS that will evict a RS tenant because they have not paid late fees.

Thus if it takes said RS tenant earning $92k until second, third or fourth week of month to have enough to pay rent, that's what they will do. There isn't a GD thing LL can do as said tenant is guaranteed lease renewal offers as of right.

If you have not yet filed your 2023 taxes, your 2022 are the most recent and you should submit those.
