I love the location of this building! Even though there aren’t that many units, this lottery is also about to end which is super fast!

Now that the lottery has closed (as of 7/14/23) does anyone know roughly how long till applicants start getting log numbers? Or is it totally variable?

Hi!

No exact way of knowing when logs come out - very random but hoping soon.

I have seen it take seven months. I have heard stories of it taking longer than that. Likewise, if log#s come out quickly or not, the wait continues for processing and move-in dates which might come quickly or might take months.

If you are asked to send additional documents you need to qualify on income at that time, not when you entered the lottery. If the process takes until next summer, the income brackets might adjust as they typically do each Spring.

In general, the lotteries are not a fast solution to Housing needs even for the very lucky. Sometimes the reasons for this are obvious such as a new building not being ready and approved for occupancy.
