It looks like a very nice building with decent amenities:

The rent for the 130 AMI is way too high. Realistically I won’t be able to afford if I get chosen. Applied just in case

Gorgeous-looking building but tiny-looking apartments!

In a rare moment of honesty they seem to have published real numbers on the floorplans and it looks to me like the one-bed is 350 square feet at maximum (88 + 150 + assuming 110 total for kitchen and bathroom assuming plan is to scale) and the 2 bed is around 530-550 (120 + 83 + 52 plus allowing 180-200 for the kitchen / bathroom / hallway again assuming plan to scale).

the price for 130 AMI is a joke... This is definitely not affordable for a single household so I don't want to apply for this housing... I think they should do math again haha. I assume they'll eventually repost the lottery, like One Bellship. Good luck to everyone!

Are you saying $2,827 is not affordable on a salary over $96K?

Its only good for the upper end of the AMI. $2,827 is the same as 1 check for someone who makes $105k post taxes. To be comfortable I'd say you'd need to make $115k to not live paycheck to paycheck and afford that rent.

YES, the apartments look TINY! Fingers crossed tightly for 18 6th ave, similar amenities and basically the same area, cheaper and way bigger apartments.

Yes. I'm in 130 AMI and still, that's not affordable to me. Maybe that's an okay price if I make $96K after tax lol Like the other comment, it's an affordable price for people who make at least $115K based on rent-to-income ratio (30% recommended). I got a raise recently but am not reached 6 figures yet haha...
