It is certainly good enough to enter a FREE lottery that has no obligation to buy. Proceed with optimism.

Is that $61K minimum or maximum income? How about assets, any guesses?

$61K is the minimum of course, for the 1 beds. See link in first post for details.

Guesses are not necessarily. Asset limits are at the link in the first post along with other information.

Asset limits begin at $177,950 and top limit is under $200K. I guess, but don’t know for certain that funds in some types of retirement accounts (401K and such) would be exempt and/or discounted on the asset limit.

A thing not absolutely clear to me is whether the funding mentioned, ‘Funding provided by New York State Affordable Housing Corporation (AHC) will reduce sales price by up to $40,000 per apartment for eligible households.’ is reflected in the prices at the link. I suspect it is not.

A $40K reduction on the sales price range would be $110k to $185. I don’t know what qualifies a household or if the full $40K could be used for any of the units as there might be household size requirements at that level of reduction.
