Is there a way to report a marketing agent for extremely poor communication? If so, who would I report them to?

Had same issue back in November! Found out who their supervisor was & emailed him & same day she found energy to entertain my emails! Hpd is an option as well.

hesitant about contacting the direct supervisor as I dont want the marketing agent to drop the ball on my paperwork. Wondering if theres a way to contact hpd aside from the phone lines they don't ever answer?

If you want your apartment, I'd try to politely and correctly address it with the marketing agent office.

I've called HPD when I had significant trouble getting in touch with the agent. They made a note in my file so that I couldn't be rejected as if I didn't respond or something, and they also reached out to the agency on my behalf and the agent called my back that same afternoon. No guarantees but worth a shot.

I reached out to HPD today, they helped handle the situation but the marketing agent still hasn't called me like I've been requesting for weeks now. Going to try to speak to her supervisor tomorrow
