Hi, we are moving to NY in August & will have 8 wks to find a permanent rental. We are a family of four, husband will be working 7th Avenue & 51st, kids will be at school at East 23rd, looking for a townhouse with garden/outside space, prefer walking distance to work & central park, have been told to avoid west side due to school bus route? Can not seem to find any furnished places to rent, have tried NY Sunday Times & a few real estate agents, any more suggestions? We have a budget upto £13,000. Thank you

You could rent furniture separately as I think that in NYC it is difficult to find furnished homes for rent.
