Probably not. Area is a tad to hood for my taste. Nearest train station is 161st but it's a long walk and you gotta walk through some crappy blocks to get there. I guess if you got Yankee season tickets it may be worth it, but other than that idk.
If it a comfortable and a decent price I would do it. Then again I'm familiar with the Bronx and comfortable to live anywhere in the borough. Its actually a couple of blocks away from me. Its a decent area, I've seen the neighborhood change for the better in the last five years. I say the only bad thing would probably be street parking if you have a car its near by Yankee stadium and traffic and parking is hell in that area during games.
