74th & Broadway is where all the middle class indian families work. They all live +- 3 avenues off of Northerern Blvd. It's very stable and safe

Elmhurst is a great place to live and easy access to transportation. Don't worry about gangs or such, they won't be a problem. Just make sure wherever you're renting doesn't have bedbugs!
