Just wondering who else is applying to this development. I received my application in the mail yesterday and sent it back today..hoping to be one of the first applications logged..I think my procrastination in the past has hurt me. SMH

Although I am applying and would be extremely excited to have the opportunity to interview. I have to say that I'm particularly disappointed in the decor of the building. Whats with all the black glass? The building..so far..looks very dull and dark. Not very appealing. But it isnt finished..so maybe the finished product will be better.

Besides..i'll forgive them if the inside of the building is fantastic !! LOL

I got my application in the mail yesterday too, not filling yet. I just want to know, do they have swimming pool? Emerald Green (320 W 38 St.) has swimming pool.

Yes..they'll have a pool. On the cover letter that you receive with the application it does mention a pool, assorted lounges, party rooms, and a parking garage. However, they also mention that some of the amenities may require a fee. Which seems to be the new thing to do..I know Silver Towers does the same thing..they charge you to use the amenities.

They also mention that theres going to be a washer/dryer in every unit. Huge convinence ! I just cant seem to get any renderings of what they plan the interior to be..hopefully we'll have more substantial information soon

Hey Jkid , I also just got my application, it seems to require much more detailed information than other developments. I will fill it out in next few days.
What other open lotteries do you know of other than rp2 of course. Thanks!
