I am planning to move to NYC area to work in Midtown on Sept 15.
I am Male - Single.

Being Single, I am looking for a place to live in any borough which has good good access to night club life and ALSO
good access to Public Transport for getting to Midtown.

I am looking for a best combination: Not too expensive and not too far from action.

If someone knows Chicago - I am looking for a place similar to Fullerton, Belmont, Diversy, Wrigley area.

Depends on what you can afford. If you can afford Manhattan there are a lot of areas surrounded by action and close to the subways. If you want to live outside Manhattan the first places that spring to mind would be Astoria or Long Island City in Queens or Williamsburg in Brooklyn. Again, what matters the most is what you can afford. I'm sure others can give you more specific areas outside of Manhattan. In Manhattan I would probably choose: East Village, Lower East side, Union Square, or Gramercy.

Simple=Murray Hill. Very Similar to Wrigleyville/Lakeview and short commute to midtown. Actually, if you're older than 30 then it may be a little too young for you.
