Coming up in NYC during the crack era and seeing the 360 the city has done I just can't consider ANY part of the city "rough" at this point, and that's a good thing. You may have little patches here and there but I prefer the word 'edgy'

LOL, I'm sorry for the writing errors and the exaggerating claim lol. But I just can't believe people still say that Washington Heights is still an extreme crime ridden area. You can easily name 10 areas that are worst than The Heights lol
