Hey everyone....I am in a condo in Queens. My building had some drain guys come in about a clogged pipeand they inadvertently tracked black grease or whatever on my carpet. In trying to clean it myself, I made it worse! The building said they are going to send Stanley STeemer...anyone ever use them? I am reading mixed reviews on the internet.

Stanley Steamer or some kind of top-line company should come in, especially since this should not be at your expense.
