Cheap produce markets? (Union: Chinatown, quality, town)

Are there any cheap produce markets in Manhattan - say, between 8th and 60th - other than Stiles? The couple that I used to know have vanished, and even Chinatown produce isn't that cheap.

Lots of Greenmarkets.... I typically find them pretty cheap considering the quality, but are you looking for even cheaper than that?

The only greenmarket I'm familiar with is Union Square, and to me it's not necessarily that cheap. I mean, zucchini are 75c at Stiles and at least $1 at Union Square.

So, yes, I guess I'm looking for cheaper.
