Wow you people are funny

I actually found one (3BR) for $1400 in a two family house on second floor in midwood, but didnt take it because of steps. Second floor but it seemed more like it was on third floor.

But there have been 3BR apts for this price and in these areas i described, im just really picky (i want first floor or second with little steps). So I dont know why are you all saying its impossible for this price.

THen why did you post the question if you already had the answer? And whats your deal with steps? Is there something wrong with your knees or back?

If not I would highly suggest NOT living on a ground floor. Everyone I knew who lived on a ground floor had a problem with mice and bugs.

Multiple jobs and multiple people working.

I think it is possible to find a 3 bedroom in the outerboroughs. It might be small, and it might be far from the city, and it might be in a "bad" area, and it might be on the 5th floor of a walk-up, but it is possible. The reality is though, there will be one or more of the above things wrong with it, and you will have to make sacrifices as a result.

NYC is not the place to be picky when you are seeking a 3 bedroom for $1,400 a month max.

I'm looking for the apartment, not the answer to my question.
