Lol very funny.... a lot of people actually pay a personal driver to drive their car for a couple of hours if they are going to dinner or entertaining clients. It's a lot cheaper than black car service and very personal.

NYC has many consulates and UN delegations in addition to the super rich and business tycoons and wannabees for a day. Check the license plates for diplomatic or livery.

do many doctors have chauffeurs? I always wonder if they go back to an actual home, or do they have second homes closer to their practice? hard to imagine them driving a distance home after all they do. I certainly can't picture doctors looking for a parking spot outside their facility

Many doctors with primary homes outside of the city have pied-a-terres in the city close to their office or hospitals.

They also have "MD" license plates allowing them to park pretty much anywhere they want.
