Default South Bronx on the rise

Chicago now just going by stats; however, the South Bronx is still the poorest congressional district in the United States. It is however not a comparison to compare ANY part of anywhere in North America to the old South Bronx, it literrally looked as though someone dropped a nuke on it. It can be more accurately compared to post world war 2 European Cities...it's not a comparison and thank God they cleaned it up...It's a great city and wonderful place now but you would have felt less safe in 1980 in the South Bronx than any other place in the country without a doubt. The President said if he had known fully what was going on he would have declared martial law. (don't compare it).....
