The South Bronx Job Corps is located in Morris Heights. It is around W Tremont ave and Andrews ave. Those blocks from 174th to Tremont on Andrews were some of the worst the infamous 46th precinct had to offer back during the crack days. I would be wary, but most of the Bronx has changed for the better. Just be cautious and don't let your guard down, and you'll be fine. If it was 1990, I'd probably advise you to bring a bullet proof vest and come strapped however.

Lol..that would explain why I did not know where that was. That is not the Southern Bronx, that is the Central Bronx, West-Central to be exact. SuperMario can provide better info than I can regarding this specific area. I just know I don't like it.

Morris Heights has one of the highest African American populations in the Bronx.

I would expect 50-50 black-hispanic though. Some buildings you may have more hispanic and others more blacks.
