I keep reading places on the Internet here and there that are saying to request your "Brooklyn New Resident Package" from the Chamber of Commerce. I have visited the website and cannot find any specific information.

Can anyone tell me what this is or where to get it? I'm assuming its just a bunch of good information to know/have for people looking to move to the area.

thanks

Don't know where to find it but I'll give you some free advice,

1. Don't drive on 4th Avenue during a heavy rain.

2. Take the Manhattan bridge to Brooklyn and the Brooklyn bridge to Manhattan.

3. I haven't locked my cars in 25 years living in Brooklyn, therefore have never suffered a broken window. Yes, a few times over the years somebody has gone through the car.

If you don't have a car then, well thanks for not taking up parking space that I can use!

Why not pick up the telephone and simply call the Chamber of Commerce?
