It's about to be. The Columbia U development on the west side is heating up. Fuego, fuego!!!
Nahh, my money is on 9th and 10th Avenues by 207th Street for the new spot for Manhattan nightlife....watch when they start developing that Inwood waterfront, with views of the High Bridge....chill, thats where I'm placing my bet....
They should close that whole little area to vehicular traffic and make it an indoor/outdoor club scene, metal detectors and all....

I went there the other day for the brewery. It's still pretty hood but I like the area.
And I totally agree, that would be a great place for nightlife. Does the Bronx even have any areas with high concentrations of bars/clubs?
But hand dipped chocolates and craft beers come at a high price: tripling market rents.
