I’ll go. The Bruckner Port Morris section of the BX isn’t bad. I believe they should open up some dance clubs over there or somethin. That sh** could be the Dyckman of the BX

Washington Heights is caught between a rock and a hard place. The white people who are already there and are coming in don’t want the existing nightlife. I think the next nightlife hotspot will actually be Harlem. Harlem is nowhere near developed to its full potential

Nahh, my money is on 9th and 10th Avenues by 207th Street for the new spot for Manhattan nightlife....watch when they start developing that Inwood waterfront, with views of the High Bridge....chill, thats where I'm placing my bet....

They should close that whole little area to vehicular traffic and make it an indoor/outdoor club scene, metal detectors and all....

I went there the other day for the brewery. It's still pretty hood but I like the area.

And I totally agree, that would be a great place for nightlife. Does the Bronx even have any areas with high concentrations of bars/clubs?

Gentrification at last...

But hand dipped chocolates and craft beers come at a high price: tripling market rents.
