Outside basketball courts in Queens & Brooklyn (New York, York: gym, safe)

Hello everyone,

I'm moving to the Queens area (Bayside) and I'm an avid basketball player (in my spare time). I need your help are there any good SAFE basketball courts around the Queens and Brooklyn areas. I've already checked the parks & recreations website but it doesn't show the courts with pictures. Also could you tell me any preferably free indoor basketball courts I will pay for a gym membership but hey why not find somewhere free?

Thanks, and if any of you would like to join me in the summer with a pickup game because I don't know anyone in New York that would be cool.

why you moving to bayside? its boring over there for young people. wait til summer starts up ill be back outside, i play inside now. you can get crossed up if you want. nahh just kidding, but for real ill shoot a j in your face. when im not at work im at the courts all day, theres plenty of courts the wackest sh*t is that half of the rims dont got nets on them, but there indoor courts too

al oerter rec facility in flushing meadows is 50$ a year, indoor courts, always packed
