Thanks for the advice everyone. think i'm going to go with marlboro though,transportation is an issue for me. I also was wondering does an eviction or back rent mess up your chances of getting in to housing? Does having another program called FEPS delay the process? I know they really want working people in housing now,and at the first interview my husband and i were both working but now both of us are on welfare...I know thats going to be a problem. Once the backgrpound check is done and complete we are on our way, it just takes so long. I still dont understand why the let you choose your housing before you complete the background check!

i dont think theirs a difference. 86 street and stillwell both boarder the projects.
