Thanks for the advice everyone. think i'm going to go with marlboro though, transportation is an issue for me. I also was wondering does an eviction or back rent mess up your chances of getting in to housing? Does having another program called FEPS delay the process? I know they really want working people in housing now,and at the first interview my husband and i were both working but now both of us are on welfare...I know thats going to be a problem. Once the backgrpound check is done and complete we are on our way, it just takes so long. I still dont understand why the let you choose your housing before you complete the background check!
Are any of the apartments 4 or 5 bedrooms or are they only 2 and 3 bedrooms? I have only been in one apartment my whole life and it was a pretty depressing place. Roaches, urine smell in the hallway, lots of men hanging out in the front lobby. This was years ago and it was one time so I imagine it to be the exception to the rule.
i have a cousin who lives in malboro i would have to ask her this next time i see her.
