Find a sublet.

Try a search like this one.
new york sublets & temporary classifieds - craigslist

The top result when I searched was a $1200 2 bedroom in the Bronx for a 3-month, 6-month or 1-year sublet with no credit check.

Let's say you're looking in Dyker Heights, you could google 'realtors in Dyker Heights', and pick out a couple of realtors and take it from there.
I would imagine your ''at least'' target rent would be $1500.

You've shot down or had some lame rebuttal for everyone's suggestions or advice. Perhaps that's why no one is beating down the door to help you.

You said you all have to move out of a bad situation. Do you all live together now? Why are you moving?

If you found a place you liked but the guarantor wussed out, why don't you look for a better guarantor? That would be easier than finding a place for 3 people at $1000. Is the apartment gone?

Can you all rent rooms in a rooming house? Then you wouldn't have to find an apartment and have good credit.

Also, you can usually get around the not having enough credit thing if you have good steady jobs that make way over the rent. Now, you have 3 people all working full time retail and the landlords are still just worried because of all of you not having enough credit? That is unlikely. What exactly did they say about why you all need a guarantor and did you all have the same guarantor?

no i used to live in manhattan n now live in pennsylvania and they both live in manhattan. we wanna move because 1 is currently crashing on someones couch, the others mom just gave her room up to her brother and just told her hes moving back in, theres basically no room for her and shes on the couch.

i changed the search to 1200, we don't want just a room somewhere we want a real start and something we can say is ours, we don't all work full time retail.

i would still appreciate any other known reliable websites i can do searches on besides craigslist.
