By sheer number I would think Queens. But as a percentage of the borough, Staten Island woud easily win this.

Detached though? There are barely any detached houses in Manhattan at all.

I think Staten Island has the largest number of single family homes. A lot of the houses in queens are two family or so. You see more single family homes in Eastern Queens going towards Nassau, parts of the Rockaways, and you'll find some in Central Queens.

Southeast Queens is mostly 2 family houses, but there are plenty of single families as well.
