I've gone to the airport in the dead of night before with no problems using on the subway/AirTrain, but I didn't have any luggage with me. This time I'll have a huge suitcase and a carry-on—and the subway stations near me have stairs—so I'd prefer to go in a car. Sadly, catching a medallion cab in my neighborhood is like seeing a unicorn, so I guess I'll have to arrange for a pick-up.
I've read so many mixed reviews on the internet on different car companies and shuttle services, so I was wondering if anyone here had any recommendations. Looking for a company with rates better or comparable to the flat fee the yellow cabs charge, arrive on time with clean vehicles and good service.
Any help is appreciated...

They are an excellent operation. A good Call Center and if you have any problems Tanisha is CS will bend over backwards to correct it. Getting picked up at the airport seems to be their only issue.

I like Arecibo. Just ask for a nice, scent free car.
