how bad is the traffic is coming into the bronx on i-95 at around noon on a weekday? is that a bad time of day?

oh, i don't think i was clear enough. i'd be coming in from new jersey. still a nightmare at noon? how long would i be stuck? is it much better at maybe 7 am?

I think I read recently that stretch was ranked #1 worse traffic spot in the entire US of A, more than anything in California or anywhere else

Wait, people are actually willingly travel to the Bronx?! With the way the denizens of this board talk about the Bronx, I'd think the only method of travel to get across it would be the air, even then, that would be a stretch.

The Cross Bronx / GWB is a choke point for travel from New England to the rest of the East Coast and Southern Midwest. I can't tell you how many millions of cars pass through there, none of them stopping to see anything in the Bronx
