can a motorbike (moped/scooter top speed 30 mph doesn't need a M license but needs reg and insurance) be secured to a telephone pole outside? someone who has the same kind of bike i want to get secures theirs to a diagonal strip of very thick covered wires that goes into the telephone pole at some point. i notice that they don't secure their bike to the telephone pole itself. this is on W 252 street just off Broadway.

also can these bikes be operated on bike/runners trails in Van Cortlandt Park such as the asphalt trail that loops around the parade ground as well as the greenway section that runs parallel to Mosholu Pkwy, Kazimiroff Blvd and Pelham Pkwy? on the Hudson River Greenway in Manhattan?

I don't know if this helps out at all, but there are 3 motorcycles on my block, and 2 of them have locks attached to their rear tire and then wrapped around to the same telephone pole. The 3rd motorcycle also does this, but attaches it to where ever he can find a spot. The two that are together leave the locks wrapped around the telephone pole year round and park in that same spot every day.

Buddy 50cc International Scooter | Genuine Scooters

seventh- check out the link i want to try to get this one for about $200 more. i may have to delay my purchase till next spring due to cancer related events and i don't want to have to pay for winter storage on top of the purchase price right after i buy it

i went to a dealer that sells Vespas (and Piaggios and the Buddies) in NJ but I found the salesman to be rude so I decided to take a trip sometime to E 127th street where they sell the Buddies. they sound more genuine and are more likely to not pressure me to buy on the spot

seventh there is a Vespa dealer in LIC I think its on 37-43 Crescent Street. Vespas are nice indeed
