I have a love/hate relationship with NY. But I love it more than I hate it!

There are some moments I feel so happy being here I could almost cry.
Then there are days I want to break my lease. Not going to leave until the city no longer stimulates me.

I voted for choice "A," although I found it somewhat limiting because I don't actually hate my hometown at all.

Feel that way now, I hated NY and moved to Jersey City three years. ago.

Talk about two different worlds.

Missed the convenience of NY and wound up moving back here 4 days ago and don't think I will ever leave AGAIN.

For me, 2nd choice. ny is a cool place but being from JC, the constant association of "It's just like ny", and even some ny'ers who look down still look down on people from JC. If it wasn't for the stigmas that come from being next to ny, I would love it but those stigmas are inevitable being so close to it. My pride for JC trumps the love for any other location.

Blame your fellow new jerseyans and ,their constant desire to be a borough, for that. New yorkers never say that

GTFO. stop trying to think everybody wants to be like ny. nobody from JC wants to be ny, you swear by the life of you. even your last topic i see you think the bronx and brookyln would make a great city..lmfao. stop trying to put ny on a pedastle...seriously. NJ could give a crap about ny, only the transplants who move here say they wanna be part of ny, by which we reply "move there" dont hate on NJ cuz most of what you think is so ny can be traced back to JC and NJ...lmfao

Actually, what would make a lot more sense is if you would stop posting in the New York City forum. You don't seem to think much of this town, so why do you bother? (We're not supposed to use the word 'troll,' but you're trying as hard as you can to fit the bill).
