Yes we all know manhattan is the center but i don't feel like the other 4 are outer... Its is my opinion and I still have never heard the term used sooooooo much until now on this forum...The outer boro's is a joke to me...as is renaming neighborhoods to sound more eloquent...This is NYC and it consists of 5 boroughs not 1 borough and 4 outer boroughs...
