Let's get the word out. DO you know of any?
I'll start:

Manhattan:
1. Avenue of the Americas between Christopher and Washington Place (I think)...East side of street.

2. Eighth Avenue and 45th Street, Northeast corner

There's a $1/slice place on St. Mark's... Ray's, maybe? The name escapes me.

2 Brother's Pizza is the one I go to when I want a cheap slice or two.

There's on in Midtown on 46th between 5th and 6th Avenue, one on 6th Avenue between 18th and 17th and another up a few blocks on 25th Street. Then there's the one on St Mark's Place in East Village. I usually go before 2pm when the place gets flooded with high school students and before they run out of their other cheap offerings like roasted chicken, mac and cheese, pasta, etc...

There's a new one on 23rd and Lexington next to a Papaya Dog... forgot the name of it.

And then there's all the $1 pizza trucks parked around Union Square.

There's one on 43rd between 3rd and Lex. It was $1 last time I walked by, but haven't looked in a while. Always long line out the door. Pizza smells pretty decent, too.

Gray's Papa on 6th Ave and 8th street recently started selling 99c pizza. I suspect this was to compete with another 99c place just around the corner on the ave.
