prettymami-I been reading your post,and all I can say is: apply only 1-application-and check on your status from time-to-time,plus apply for other developements..the rent vary due to the income criteria..1 apartment rent might be adjusted-due to what 1-make$..after the income is verified...so therefore its the range of income-that determines 1's rent..you follow?.yeah it does'nt seem fair-because its the same-space..but if you make a measly $1,200.00 year more than your neighbor..they're going to tax-you!..so you cant get ahead-even if you try.

the only drawback I see is-small azz-closets!..and a small azz-sink!..other than that-im snoozzing-GOOD!

PrettiK..... Yes sweetie they're the same place. I found that out from speaking with someone Wavecrest. I too like you thought they were 2 different places but since St. Anns is so huge one side is referred to being called one thing and the other side is called something else. That's what I was told. But as you seen the income requirements are actually slightly higher than the original "St. Anns Terrace". So just apply and wait bc you won't hear anything from them until after the lottery closes anyway.

heyyy yaaa....i moved in sept 1. i honestly wish i never moved here and i wanna move out!..... 1.we had a nasty asss fly problem the day we moved in there were millions of flys we had to spay and get them outta here.......2.we had no running water then we didnt have hot water 3. one morning i was in my room sleep with my daughter i hear men voices in my apaertment i was scared didnt noe what to think....i waled out and said what are ya doin in my house they say oh we are here to make repairs cuz theres a family moving in her oct 14th i say that cant be cuz i live here ....to make this long crazy story shot they had me and another person sign a lease for the same apartment that pissed me off like how can they mess up like that
