Hello. My parents are coming to Brooklyn Heights from NJ tomorrow. They will be driving in around 11:00 a.m.

What is the easier and/or faster drive at said time?:

95/Goethals/Verrazano route

95/Holland route

Thank you.

Verrezano must be faster than the Holland. Plus then you have to go through Manhattan. Either way at 11 AM it shouldn't be too bad.

Not sure where in NJ you are coming from, but I've always liked the Holland route because it doesn't cost $9.60-$13. Plus, you can technically avoid the Gowanus/BQE traffic if you just exit the tunnel and go directly to the BK Bridge which drop you off straight in the Heights. Traffic in the city shouldn't be to bad.
