Does anyone know about this neighborhood?? 110 AND Cathedrial Parkway? Is it safe at all hours? Are the trains stations safe? Is the building worth it? It's very expensive. Overpriced but if it is made of quality then it's worth it. Any input?

Don't know about this building in particular, but that area is very nice, if a little remote. There's a lot of shops and restaurants along Broadway, and you're inches away from Columbia. Safe at all hours.
